The four-part choral movement to the popular Christmas song O du fröhliche, (O How Joyfully) an essentially traditional-sounding piece of music, is enriched by chromatic turnarounds as well as jazzy sounds and is ideally suited for a mass with a choir or for a Christmas concert, i.e. at schools or clubs.
This chorale is set in German but I will add the English text if requested.
